Bruce Howerton - President

Prior to entering the business brokerage industry, Bruce's career path took him into several entrepreneurial ventures as a principal in diverse industries.
What Bruce particularly enjoys
about the field of business brokerage is that it enables him to help others achieve their career and financial goals through the purchase and sale of successful small and mid-size businesses.
Bruce's professional and community-centered memberships include the Greater Louisville Business Alliance; the Greater Louisville Technology Council and Greater Louisville, Inc., the city's chamber of commerce. He has also been active as a Boy Scout leader, volunteer scholastic sports coach and community recreational director.

Denis O'Connell - CEO

Denis is the founding principal of Acquisition Alliance. He has spent the greater part of his professional life in the entrepreneurial mode. In addition to his merger/acquisition brokerage activities, he has also founded or been an acquiring principal of five companies in diverse industries nationwide.
Denis also served as president of an institutional venture capital fund owned by three banks and was active in that industry's national trade association.
He has been a member of Rotary International and is the founder of the Greater Louisville Business Alliance (www.glba.com), a non-profit organization devoted to the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Louisville area.
Denis has also authored the Business Centers Of America HOME SEMINAR IN PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS BROKERAGE, a proprietary, college level home training course in the principles and methodologies of modern day business brokerage and the set-up and operation of a business brokerage office.
